Writing with the Seasons: Autumn
Our outdoor adventures take us to some incredible places where we interact with nature in direct ways. From toadstools to thunderheads, there is much to put our imaginations to work. Now capture those serene glens and stunning vistas into your own words, to tell your story and find the meaning in your journeys outside. This is a one-day workshop for people who already like to write and want to join a community and get feedback to hone their craft.
During a day long writing workshop, participants will:
- Read examples of great nature writing to understand how they work
- Take a guided hike for inspiration
- Generate their own personal essay
- Share it with the group for feedback
