SUMMARY:Multi-day High Peaks Backpacking Trip (August 2026)
DESCRIPTION:Cheer on Amy\, Kevin\, and Rick as they complete their Adirondack 46er. These three Outsiders will be the first OC cohort to complete all 46 peaks. This is a multiple day backpacking trip with multiple campsites. We will climb Mount Marshall\, Mount Redfield\, Cliff Mountain\, Gray Peak\, and Mount Skylight. \nIf this trip is full\, please email us at info@outsidechronicles.com to be placed on the waitlist. \nDon’t miss out on this unforgettable adventure! \nWhat’s included:\n\nBear canisters\nGroup camp gear (stoves\, water purification\, and first aid)\nLicensed\, insured NYS Guide\n\nWhat’s not included:\n\nIndividual camping gear (backpacking-sized tents\, sleeping bags\, sleeping pads)*\nAll meals and snacks\nTransportation to trailhead\nGratuity for your guides\n\n*If you need gear\, please let us know\, we can help with rentals. \nItinerary\nWednesday 8/12: Travel to Upper Works Trailhead\, hike 6 miles to Lake Colden Campsites\nThursday 8/13 : Climb Mount Marshall (4 miles\, 1634′ elevation)\, move camp (2 miles) to Feldspar Campsite\nFriday 8/14: Climb Cliff and Redfield (5.5 miles\, 2444′ elevation)\nSaturday 8/15: Climb Gray and Skylight (4.5 miles\, 2102′)\nSunday 8/16: Hike back to trailhead approximately 7.5 miles \nCosts\n$359 per person includes guide services with a NYS Licensed Guide.\nWe will hold a pre-trip Zoom session to go over logistics.\nTravel and food are the responsibility of the participants.\nRegistration deadline is June 1\, 2026. \nTrip Notes\nThis trip demands a high level of physical fitness in order to complete it within the available daylight hours. Outside Chronicles reserves the right to deny participation if group safety will be compromised through an individual’s participation.  Outside Chronicles reserves the right to adjust the trip itinerary to match the skills\, abilities\, and goals of the group. \nPrior hiking experience is required.
